CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Booking Policy Full payment is required to secure your appointment. This payment goes toward your service and confirms your booking time. Please respect my time as a small business owner and mom, as my schedule is very limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment. Appointments that are canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will not be refunded. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to avoid rushing your service and affecting the next client. In this case, the payment will not be refunded. My goal is to give every client my full attention and provide the best results possible without rushing through services.
